The problem with the 5800X isn't that its a bad cpu, its just poor value. It is overpriced for what it is vsvs. the mass of a heatsink is almost irrelevant. I run my 5800X on Liquid Freezer II 240mm and it's usually at 88°C almost instantly during all core loads at 4.4GHz. I think 5900X actually does better because it has 2 CCX's under that IHS which spreads heat quite a bit.
